Jimmy Fallon gets very bad news, NBC execs regret renewing his contract now that Gutfeld rules late night

Now that Greg Gutfeld is the ratings king of late night NBC executives are very much regretting renewing his $80 million contract, according to a new report.

Greg Gutfeldโ€™s show regularly beats many of the other late night offerings while ignoring woke warriors like Jimmy Fallon.

Besides Fallon isnโ€™t even funny.

My guess is the late night schedule on many of the networks may look very different this time next year. After all if you go woke, you usually end up broke.

โ€œNBC Execs Regret Paying Jimmy Fallon $80 Million Contract Extension As Fox Newsโ€™ Greg Gutfeld Beats โ€˜Tonight Showโ€™ In Ratings: Sources

Hapless host Jimmy Fallonโ€™s Tonight Show is losing the ratings war to FOX News rival Greg Gutfeld โ€” and the TV flopโ€™s sinking number has left NBC brass with buyerโ€™s remorse, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Nearly 19 months after the Peacock Network handed Fallon a whopping $80 million five-year contract extension, The Tonight Show is drawing under 1.3 million eyeballs โ€” less than half the audience of upstart Gutfeld!

But that number is even more shocking when compared to Fallonโ€™s celebrated debut! The Saturday Night Live alum, 48, chalked up an impressive 11 million viewers when he first took over for outgoing legend Jay Leno โ€” but now heโ€™s also being bested in the ratings by Stephen Colbertโ€™s CBS Late Show!

A source said NBC regrets the funnymanโ€™s pricey long-term deal and added, โ€œThe network knows the days are gone when tens of millions of people would tune in for The Tonight Show โ€” but they were counting on Jimmy to do better than this!โ€

If you want to know why no one is watching Jimmy Fallonโ€™s show anymore all you have to do is watch the exceedingly cringeworthy clip below:

Fallon is a one trick pony these days. If heโ€™s not bashing Trump or the GOP heโ€™s got very little to say.
