Thylane Blondeau was labeled “the most beautiful girl in the world” when she was just six years old, putting a lot of pressure on her.
But, after rising to prominence as a kid, what has the French model been up to? We have all of the information.
Thylane was born on April 5, 2001, in Ivory Coast.
Her father is footballer Patrick Blondeau, and her mother is Veronika Loubry, a French actress and TV presenter.
When she was six years old, her huge blue eyes and disheveled hair earned her the moniker “the most beautiful girl in the world” from the media.
But it seems that Thylane had been modeling for two years before this, starting when she was only four years old.
But she’s not only a model; in 2015, she starred in the film Belle & Sebastian: The Adventure Continues.
The same year, the young rising star had her first tattoo, with the words “One Life” etched on her wrist.
Thylane walked the Jean Paul Gaultier catwalk at the age of four and was controversially featured on the pages of French Vogue at the age of ten.
Many people criticized Vogue for “sexualizing” Thylane, who was seen wearing a lot of makeup and a gold jacket with a deep V-neck.
Her mother, actress Veronika Loubry, defended the photographs.
“The only thing that surprises me about the photo is the necklace she’s wearing, which is worth three million euros,” she told one French publication.
The magazine shot established Thylane, the daughter of French soccer player Patrick Blondeau, in the fashion industry.
The kid impressed the spectators during Michael Kors’ New York Fashion Week event in 2017.
She was named the face of L’Oreal Paris in April 2017.She has also modeled for Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, and most recently in the Dolce & Gabbana summer 2017 show.
Thylane is signed by IMG, along with twins Gigi and Bella Hadid and Cindy Crawford’s daughter Kaia Gerber.
