Woman Takes Time Off From Work To Breastfeed Boyfriend Every 2 Hours

An Atlanta woman says sheโ€™s taken time off from her job as a bartender to breastfeed her boyfriend every two hours in an attempt to create โ€œa magical bond that only breastfeeding can achieve.โ€

Jennifer Mulfordโ€™s arrangement with 36-year-old boyfriend Bread Leeson isnโ€™t unique, according to the Sun, and itโ€™s part of whatโ€™s known as an adult breastfeeding relationship (ABR). Sex Within Marriage contains a whole page dedicated to the practice which says men โ€œreport feeling calmed and soothedโ€ by breastfeeding, and says it โ€œseems to promote bonding in the relationship.โ€

Mulford said she wasnโ€™t familiar with ABR until she stumbled across it online.

โ€œWhen I read about the bond breastfeeding could create between two people, I was envious,โ€ she told the Sun. โ€œI have always enjoyed my breasts being touched during sex more than anything else, so I knew I would enjoy it.โ€

She searched online to find a partner who was looking to start an ABR relationship, according to the newspaper, but struck out with personal ads, profiles on dating sites and even posts on Craigslist. Thatโ€™s when she began speaking to Leeson, an ex-boyfriend from her school days.

โ€œWe were talking and Brad told me he had a thing for big-breasted women, and that size had always been a factor in his relationships,โ€ Mulford said. โ€œI thought it was the perfect time to bring up adult breastfeeding โ€” and see if heโ€™d be interested.โ€

It was โ€œlike a light switch flicked in [Leesonโ€™s] head,โ€ Mulford said. Before long, Leeson was doing his own research on ABR.

โ€œAt that moment I knew that I had a partner for life,โ€ Mulford said. โ€œWe both wanted the same thing out of the relationship โ€” a magical bond that only breastfeeding can achieve.โ€

Mulford said itโ€™s been 20 years since she gave birth and last breastfed, and said the process involves pumping and dry feeding to get her body to begin producing milk.

In a 2012 Reddit โ€œAsk Me Anythingโ€ thread, a woman in an adult breastfeeding relationship answered usersโ€™ curious questions, and insisted the practice is โ€œnot infantilism.โ€ The woman, posting under the online handle โ€œsassymilkmaid,โ€ explained that โ€œitโ€™s both sexual and emotionalโ€ for her boyfriend.

โ€œTo each their own,โ€ she wrote, โ€œbut there are far stranger fetishes out there.โ€
