A passerby, Ashad Russell, who intervened during an attack on a Florida sheriffโ€™s deputy, was cleared of any wrongdoing by the State Attorneyโ€™s Office. Russell, 35, saw Deputy Dean Bardes being assaulted on Interstate 75. Russell, who had a concealed carry,
