Super-fit grandma Charlene Farnsworth, boasting 218 Instagram followers, dedicates half her time to flaunting her incredibly toned physique in bikinis.

When sheโ€™s not doing that, the 52-year-old can be spotted at the gym, where she devotes six days a week to intense weightlifting workouts.

The Canadian happily married Mike Farnsworth for twenty-two years.

Charlene Farnsworth credits her husband for supporting her fitness journey and enjoying her best intimate life since dedicating herself to bodybuilding.

โ€œPeople often tell me that I look younger than my age, but Iโ€™m pretty sure itโ€™s just because of my body. Iโ€™m not the shy girl I used to be because I feel good in my skin. When Iโ€™m in the gym, I have my headphones on, and I am super focused on my workout,โ€ said Charlene Farnsworth.

People often approach her, curious if sheโ€™s a fitness model or training for a specific goal.

She said: โ€œWomen at the gym are great, and they often compliment me. They will tell me that I have the perfect body and ask how I do it. A few have even said they hope to get the results Iโ€™ve managed to achieve.โ€m

Fortunately, the bodybuilder has explored modeling and pursued personal trainer certification.

Charlene continued: โ€œMy husband is extremely proud of my accomplishments. He loves the fact that Iโ€™ve become so fit and confident. He deals with the admirers very well, knowing that he is the one who gets to go through life by my side. When I was less confident, I would worry that I wasnโ€™t good enough, not that my husband ever made me feel that way, it was my issue. Now that I feel so good in my skin, I never doubt myself. I feel sexier naked now.โ€

Charlene follows a flexible diet, adjusting it for weight maintenance or fitness competitions. Her meals include oatmeal with protein for breakfast, lean beef with rice for lunch, and egg whites with 12-grain French toast for dinner.
