The White House state dinner is typically a celebrity-filled affair, and this year was no different. Jennifer Garner, a well-known actress and entrepreneur, was among those invited. The actress was permitted to bring a friend, and her choice stunned everyone!

Violet Affleck, her 17-year-old daughter, accompanied her! The banquet honored French President Emmanuel Macron. And, while he was the honored guest, another individual was also honored on the occasion! Violet’s 17th birthday fell on the day of the meal! Garner and her ex-husband Ben Affleck live together in Violet.

And the birthday girl looked the part, dressed in a stunning designer black gown with a motif of a gleaming black heart. She coordinated with her mother, who wore a stunning black Ralph Lauren gown. The mother-daughter pair strolled into the event holding hands and smiling!

Yet no one could take their gaze away from how identical these women seemed, both in size and height as well as in smiles! It’s remarkable how much Violet Affleck resembles her famous mother! Jennifer Garner is clearly happy for her daughter, as she beams while clutching her small daughter’s hand while posing for photos.

Jennifer Garner was not the only parent who attended the ceremony with their child. Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ plus-one was her 25-year-old son Charlie Hall, who was likewise dressed to the nines in a stunning tux.

Batiste, Stephen Colbert, Ariana DeBose, John Legend, and Chrissy Teigen were all in attendance.

This was President Joseph Biden’s first state dinner as president.
