As new reports identify the victim of the sad paddle-boarding accident that happened close to their former first family’s Katama residence on Martha’s Vineyard, the Obamas are mourning farewell to a beloved member of their family.

At the age of 45, Tafari Campbell, a wonderful person who worked as the Obamas’ cook after serving as the White House sous chef for the length of President Obama’s administration, passed away. Everyone who knew and loved him would find the news heartbreaking, the reporter said.

The Massachusetts State Police released a statement outlining the circumstances of Campbell’s passing. Campbell’s remains were located in a pond near to Edgartown Great Road by Massachusetts Environmental Police officers and MSP Underwater Recovery Unit divers using side-scan sonar from a boat.

The caller claimed that a male paddleboarding had entered the water, fought to stay afloat, and then submerged beneath the surface, never to be seen again.

The Obamas acknowledged Campbell as a wonderful man and conveyed their profound grief over his tragic loss.
